For the past six or seven years Suzanne Faith has assisted me in caring for an elderly female client of mine with severe memory loss. My client turned 91 in July and is living happily at home with home health aides who tend to her needs. I rely on Ms. Faith extensive knowledge about the memory impaired. She coordinates with my client’s doctor and with my home health aides and visits my client often to assess her needs and check on her medications. Suzanne is a joy to work with and is my source for staffing decisions as well as a great font of information and wisdom.
Suzanne was so much help during my mom’s battle with Alzheimer’s. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, he is compassionate, caring, and calm. I knew I could count on her for solid advice but also, for a shoulder to cry on during what can be a very difficult journey.
We met Suzanne 4 ½ years ago after trying to deal with Mom’s Alzheimer’s disease on our own for several years. We were tired, stressed and completely frustrated and quite honestly, we probably frustrated Mom as well. Suzanne has not only helped us cope with this most-difficult disease, but she has helped us understand it’s impact in clear layman’s language. Suzanne taught us how to deal with Mom’s behavior, showed us what resources were available to us and what resources were available for Mom. She has been with us every step of the way helping to guide us through this long journey and helping us to help Mom.
